Is there anybody out there who hasn't seen this movie? In the final installment of the original Star Wars trilogy, Luke Skywalker and his friends struggle against impossible odds to destroy the new Death Star and overthrow the evil Empire. Along the way, they get help from an unexpected source - a small, furry, primitive race of creatures called Ewoks.
The Ewoks enter the story midway through the movie, and are prominently featured from then until the end of the film. Warwick Davis plays the part of Wicket the Ewok, a role he got more or less by accident (see the Biography for details). Wicket is the first Ewok we see in the movie, and his meeting with Princess Leia leads to the Ewoks' participation in the final battle against the Empire. Wicket's biggest scene is his first scene, but he can be spotted repeatedly throughout the rest of the movie, often in humorous bits. It's an engaging performance, and had a lot to do with the subsequent popularity of the Ewoks.
