Ready to roll. A camera rig has been mounted on the go-cart for a Lep's-eye view as the vehicle speeds toward the truck. It's hard to make out the details in the second picture, but it looks like there might be a camera operator and a driver (both full sized) squeezed onto the go-cart. Exactly what the miniature trucks were used for isn't clear, but they were most likely part of the rollover scene.

The truck after the rollover. The Leprechaun is in the driver's seat in the third picture, which didn't happen in the movie. I have several pictures of the Leprechaun inspecting his severed hand, but only one making-of shot. The fingers can be seen on the edge of the door in the first picture. Fangoria's article on the movie says the hand was uncooperative.

After the good guys make a second call to the police, the sheriff radios the Leprechaun, who was passing the time polishing the dead cop's shoes. This wasn't in the script. Dave Tripet, Mark Jones, and Mark's assistant Mary Bannon. Mark Jones goes over the shot list with the Director of Photography and Assistant Director. A camera loader and Levie Isaacks.

A crewman studies the script. Some crew members have to memorize the scene so they can do the right thing at the right time. Ken Olandt finds his light. Hard to guess which scene is being filmed here, but it's in the house Setting up the well scene. A young woman wearing long pants cranks the handle. This must be a rehearsal, and it's hard to say if this is Jennifer Aniston or a double.

A random shot of Mark Holton at the well with a gun. I can't tell if this is a deleted scene or if he's playing around. He looks serious enough, but he also seems to be halfway inside the well, with one shoulder clearly behind the well and the other shoulder inside. If this is a deleted scene, it must have occurred earlier in the movie; he doesn't have the head bandage that he got right after the truck rollover. Ozzie never touches a gun in the movie. Planning the kitchen sequence. Here's an obvious continuity error in the movie. When the Lep comes out of the fridge and attacks Alex, he claws at Alex's arm but does no damage. But a few seconds later a big hole appears in Alex's sleeve, as the outdoor picture shows. Some scratches appear on his cheek too for no apparent reason. These can be faintly seen in this picture and more prominently in other pictures that aren't displayed here. If you run the movie in slow motion you can sometimes catch a glimpse of these claw marks, but they're generally invisible due to the camera angles, lighting, and Alex's long hair covering them up. I don't include Alex in the injured list in the body count section because we never see the Leprechaun do any actual harm to him.
